Zeyaadah followed up her eye-catching winning debut at Chelmsford with an equally impressive display over an extended 7f at Beverley on Wednesday to remain unbeaten in two starts.
A half-sister to three winners, Zeyaadah has already bettered her siblings by winning two races and she looks capable of much more. She nearly threw away her chances on debut at Chelmsford by falling out of the stalls, but she came home very strongly to win with plenty in hand.
There were similarities to her performance second time up as she broke slowly and had to be ridden to get a position in mid-division. She looked very green when coming under pressure in the straight, but once into top gear she wasn't for stopping and won by 2¾l, defying the 4lb penalty she carried for winning the median auction at Chelmsford.
