Zachary Hickes shows a tenacious attitude and digs deep to win the battle over the favourite Arcturus Flame on the line

The lightly raced son of Australia rewards owners Quantum Leap for their patience as he opens his account on his fourth time of trying. Held up towards the rear by jockey Ray Dawson, he was eased into the race turning for home and began to challenge two furlongs out. It was an almighty battle between the top two in the market but Zachary Hickes came out on top to make it back-to-back wins for the stable at Great Yarmouth.
