The yard manager will be responsible for the overall management of a select number of horses in training. They will oversee all the day-to-day responsibilities associated with a busy racing yard, communicating closely with the trainer. They will also manage a group of full-time staff, ensuring all the pieces of the training jigsaw fit neatly into place.

They will also require experience at management level, having preferably been employed in a similar role. They will have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of on-the-ground racehorse management alongside a deep understanding of the workings of a training yard.

The successful applicant will need to be ambitious and hard-working, an excellent communicator and someone who is looking to further their own career in a friendly and dynamic training environment.
