Weekends like these are fairly special and one that we will not be forgetting in a hurry. Roger’s 100% strike rate continued in a spectacular fashion with Sunday’s runners PRAIANO and FEMME FRIENDLY also getting home in front to make it an incredible 6 winners from 6 runners!

PRAIANO under David Egan was slowly away making it looks like the winning streak may have been at risk. Being the least exposed runner and moving to handicap company Egan handled the colt well, making headway after three furlongs and always keeping on the pace of the rest of the field. Switching the colt to the outside in the closing stages to try and close the gap, Praiano needed every stride of the one mile four furlong trip to make it a winning one. Leaving it all to the end the Dubawi colt got on top where it mattered, staying on best of all to make it a winning handicap debut in the William Hill Double Your Odds Handicap at Leicester.

Shortly after FEMME FRIENDLY landed the Windsor Racing League On Sky Sports Racing Fillies' Restricted Novice Stakes (GBB Race), continuing the yards tremendous run of form and completing the 6 from 6 in an impressive fashion. Callum Shepherd gave the Helmet filly a lovely ride, and the pair travelled best throughout getting the job done nicely. Shepherd asked for more in the closing stages and Femme Friendly, finding the easy ground conditions to her liking, proved she had plenty of ability cruising away powerfully to the line with plenty left in the tank. By the sire of a Dubai World Cup winner, she traces back to dual Champion Stakes winner Alborada and should have plenty of improvement in her.

Congratulations and thank you to all our winning owners. A particular thank you also must go to our hard working and dedicated team who strive to produce every horse to the best of its ability. For it all to come together and be rewarded with a run of six from six across the weekend is fantastic. A proud day for everyone involved four legged and two, and most certainly a weekend to remember.
