THE LOST SOCK gets his career off the mark, opening his account at the third time of asking.

The two-year-old son of Cotai Glory was a £50,000 breeze-up purchase and we were delighted to see him reward connections with a fine victory at Catterick this afternoon. With form that now reads 321, THE LOST SOCK has progressed in pleasing fashion - placed on debut at Nottingham in July and just a short head second at Thirsk last time out. He was ideally positioned throughout today's 5f contest and responded gamely when sent for the lead by Callum Rodriguez, staying on to win the maiden contest by a length.

Many congratulations to the Racing TV Club Raceshare syndicate!
