The daughter of Iffraaj, owned by Clipper Logistics, was having her second career start having shown promise on her debut at Windsor last summer.

She was settled to the fore by Neil Callan, just on the heels of the leader, Salacia.

She travelled well and Neil kicked for home coming out of ‘the Dip.’ She engaged in battle with Riot of Colour and showed a good attitude to come out on top and win by half a length.

Roger said: “She was quite professional throughout but still showed signs of greenness in the closing stages.

“She will hopefully stay a mile and she is one to look forward to.”
