The daughter of Refuse To Bend was sent off the odds-on favourite following her recent second at Wolverhampton.
Leading all-weather jockey Jim Crowley settled Sherinn on the heels of the leaders.
She travelled smoothly before striking the front rounding the final bend. She was soon clear of her rivals and went on to score convincingly by two and a quarter lengths.
Roger said: "She was entitled to win this and she has done it nicely and stayed the seven furlongs well.
"It was a great way to end the year."
