Rahiebb and Ray Dawson take the feature Yorkshire Cup (Group 2) on the final day of York's Dante meeting
After winning on debut as a three year old, Rahiebb went on to have a stellar season last year placing third in the Queen's Vase (Group 2) at Royal Ascot before going on to be beaten by a neck in the St Leger Classic (Group 1).
Returning to the winners' enclosure on his first outing this year, the four-year-old Frankel colt was always prominent under jockey Ray Dawson. The pair raced on the outside of the field meant and were not short of room to assert their dominance in the home straight and drew two-lengths clear from rivals.
Another trip to Ascot is on the horizon for Rahiebb where he will line up in the Ascot Gold Cup (Group 1) all being well.
Congratulations to owner Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum, regular work rider Tony Procter and groom Ravi.
