RAAMMEE shows an electric turn of foot to storm home at Kempton and make his racecourse debut well worth the wait.
The three-year-old son of Persian King ran green through the race, but the penny dropped in the closing stages and he showed a smart turn of foot to fly past the field - collaring Vronti in the final strides with the pair passing the post well clear of the others.
Roger Varian said: "We think he is a nice horse. All the credit goes to his owner Sheikh Ahmed for being so patient. He was very immature last year as a two-year-old, and is only really just getting going now. Hopefully he can have another run or two this year, and he can be one to look forward to for next year"
Many congratulations to Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum.
