The son of Dalakhani, who runs in the colours of Philippa Cooper's Normandie Stud, made it two wins from his last two starts having won at Haydock over the same distance last October.
The leaders went off at a decent tempo allowing jockey Andrea Atzeni to settle Perfect Heart in a good position just in behind.
He travelled well and went in pursuit of the leader Mr Snoozy with about three furlongs left to run. He hit the front at the furlong marker and powered clear to win eased down by over three lengths.
Roger said: "He is a lovely horse with a great temperament. Ground on the soft side is key to him and when he gets his conditions he is a progressive stayer."
