New Bay filly NIZAAKA lands the odds with ease to score in the MansionBet Proud Partners Of AWC Novice Stakes.

Runner up at Chelmsford earlier this month NIZAAKA went one better today putting the race to bed in an impressive fashion under Andrea Atezni. Despite the wide draw, Nizaaka made headway through the ranks to take up the running before the home straight. Turning round the final bend Andrea kicked for home and the New Bay filly pulled right away cruising down the straight, hitting the line 8 and half lengths ahead of the rest of the field. There was a close battle for second and third as the Richard Priced trained Rhubarb got up late to claim runner up a neck ahead of Originator in third.

Congratulations to winning connections and to Ahmed Ali who looks after the filly at home. Nizaaka justified favouritism in style this afternoon to get off the mark, we look forward to seeing what more this daughter of New Bay can offer.
