Sumbe-homebred NAZYMBEK made an eye-catching debut today at Lingfield Park, justifying market favour with a smooth winning performance. Breaking smartly from stall 2, the Kingman juvenile settled to race prominently on the inside rail for the majority of the 1m2f trip. Jockey Jack Mitchell switched off the leaders' heels around the home bend and NAZYMBEK responded gamely, cruising to a stylish 2¾ victory.

NAZYMBEK is a half-brother to the thrice-winning Varian Stable-trained NAGANO. Congratulations to Nurlan Bizakov and connections - a debut that was well worth the wait and plenty to look forward to in 2023.
