Sheikh Ahmed's daughter of Selkirk was retired to stud last autumn having proved herself to be top-class on the racetrack.

She provided Roger with his first Group 1 in 2011's Prix de l'Opera at Longchamp and last season she struck again at the top level, this time in the USA in the Grade 1 Flower Bowl Stakes at Belmont Park.

Dubawi is without doubt one of the most exciting young stallions in Europe with his progeny to date including Makfi, Worthadd, Monterrosso and Poet's Voice.

It was also good news to hear that Lordship Stud's Listed winning mare, Dark Promise, is being sent to Invincible Spirit.
