MORBEH justifies favouritism at Lingfield and lands his first win on his first start as a three-year-old.

The three-year-old Dubawi gelding relished stepping up in trip to 1m2f at Lingfield and landed his first career win. Jack Mitchell gave him a patient ride at the rear of the field and utilised the cover from the leaders. Coming into the bend the pair switched wide looking for room and Morbeh showed an explosive turn of foot in the homestraight to win drawing clear from his rivals. 

Congratulations to owner/ breeder Shadwell. Morbeh is the first foal out of their Prix de Pomone (Gr.2) winner, Raabihah.
