Miss Miniver looks to be a filly with a bright future having gotten off the mark in good style second time out in the British EBF Quidhampton Maiden Fillies' Stakes at Salisbury.

The daughter of Wootton Bassett showed plenty of promise when flashing home to take the runner-up spot on debut at Kempton and clearly derived great benefit from that initial experience.
Always towards the fore in the hands of Kieran Shoemark, Miss Miniver showed a smart turn of foot to put her rivals under pressure passing the furlong marker before displaying a willing attitude to strike by a neck.
Owned by Godolphin, she is closely related to Group 1 winner Facteur Cheval.
Congratulations to the winning owners and her regular rider/ groom Sophie Jones!
