Alan Spence's colt had enjoyed a summer break and has been prepared for a winter campaign with all roads leading back to Lingfield for AW Championships Day in April.

It was a good performance under 9st 10lb and Mindurownbusiness travelled well through the race in the hands of  a confident Jim Crowley.

He was well-placed on the heels of the leaders and showed a good turn of foot to quicken to the lead with a furlong to run.

From that point in Crowley kept him up to his work and he maintained his advantage to land the spoils by a length and a half.

Roger said: "The strong early pace suited Mindurownbusiness as he has a high cruising speed and travels very strongly. He is off a rating where we can pick his races and come back for the AW Mile Final at Easter."
