Kokbastau trades the turf for tapeta and wins his Novice nicely at Southwell on just his third start

Kokbastau continues a good streak for the stable and makes it five winners from our last six runners.

Ridden by Ray Dawson, Kokbastau settled in midfield behind the leaders who set a very steady pace. The three-year-old Wootton Bassett colt quickened nicely turning for home to get into contention and had to dig deep to fend off the challenging Turret in the final furlong.
