The three-year-old New Bay filly was a 1m Newcastle maiden winner on seasonal reappearance last month, and she followed that up with another pleasing victory on handicap debut at Yarmouth this afternoon. Dropping back to 7f, Jowddah raced prominently under Silvestre de Sousa, taking up the lead 2f from home and staying on gamely to win by half a length.
