INDALO comes through to win at Southwell under a lovely ride from Jack Mitchell.

The four-year-old INDALO is providing a summer of fun for connections Varian Racing IX syndicate. He was a winner at Sandown over 1m last month, and subsequently a respectable 4th in a competitive handicap at Goodwood at the start of August. We were delighted to see connections back in the winners enclosure this evening, as he returned to the AW and took his AW record to three-from-five. He was produced under a brilliant ride from Jack Mitchell which saw him come through from the rear of the field to take up the lead inside the final furlong and win with ears pricked.
