Fitri Hay's Horsted Keynes made light work of his rivals on his seasonal return, winning the seven furlong handicap at Yarmouth.

He travelled supremely well under Jamie Spencer before barely getting out of second gear to win by a length.

An hour or so later, handicap debutant Wannabe Your Man carried to colours of his owner/breeder Normandie Stud to victory in a 1m6f handicacp at Nottingham.

The Halling colt relished the step up in trip, winning by a length and a quarter in the hands of Andrea Atzeni.

Roger said: "That was like a peice of work for Horsted Keynes. He is a very useful horse and if the ground is fast, he will head to the Victoria Cup on May 10.

"Wannabe Your Man is learning all the time. He stayed the trip well and I think there is more to come from him."
