The daughter of Danehill Dancer, now five, runs in the colours of her former trainer and owner Peter Winkworth.

She made a very encouraging 2012 return when second to Group 1 performer Vita Nova at Goodwood and stepped up on that effort to win in game fashion.

She was always to the fore under Neil Callan who struck for home with three furlongs to run - knowing that his mount was sure to stay out the mile and a half trip.

Once in front she was tackled on all sides but galloped strongly to the line to repel all challenges by three quarters of a length.

Roger said: " I've only had her this year but she ran very well at Goodwood on very different ground to here.

"It was soft there, but I felt she was in similar form coming here and had been working well.

"I hoped she'd run well but on this quicker ground and a strong field we thought she might find one or two too good for her, so we're delighted."
