Jo will head to London's exclusive Carlton Tower Hotel for tonight's awards ceremony where she will aim to follow in the footsteps of our secretary Jim Hiner, who scooped the Administration Award two years ago.

Jo was a stalwart of the Michael Jarvis team before continuing her role for Roger. Horses in her care include champion two-year-old Belardo and fellow Group 1 stars Cursory Glance and Vert De Grece. Her work ethic is an inspiration to us all and we all wish her all the luck in the world.
