Emkanaat made every yard of the running to win a 7f handicap at Wolverhampton under a well-judged ride by Andrea Atzeni.

He steadied the pace before kicking off the turn and Emkanaat ran on strongly to win by a length and a half.

Roger said: "He has been running well in stronger races and it is good to get another win with him."

Just five minutes later Ashaadd openened his account with minimal fuss over 6f at Windsor.

The son of Dansili also made all and Neil Callan just pushed him out to win easily by six lengths.

Roger added: "He ran a nice race when second at Salisbury on debut and he has done it well. He loved the ground and probably didn't beat much but all the same it was a pleasing performance."
