The son of Galileo has taken a while to come to hand this season but the form from his last race at Newmarket has turned out well.

He was victorious in the same contest twelve months ago and this time round he was even more emphatic.

He was sent off an 11/4 shot behind the John Gosden-trained hot-pot Ashdan.Jockey Andrea Atzeni soon had him nicely settled at the head of affairs and dictated matters from the front.

Roudning Tatnen Corner, Ashdan was in trouble and Cameron Highland stretched further clear to win by eight lengths.

Roger said: "That was a nice confidence booster for him.He won this race last year before winning the August Stakes at Windsor and I'd say we'll target that race again."
