BOTANICAL hoses up at Hamilton Racecourse, flying home 6L ahead of the field to secure a second career victory under Ben Curtis.

BOTANICAL has been in the frame on all 5 starts to date, teaming up with Ben Curtis to shed his maiden tag in fine style at Hamilton back in July, and they returned to the course today to back that up with another taking victory. The three-year-old son of Lope De Vega cruised into the final 2 furlongs with his head in front - and there was no catching him. As they neared the final furlong marker he accelerated away from the field and kept on for an eye-catching 6L victory.

Congratulations to Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum.
