LORD OF BISCAY returns to the track with an eye-catching victory at Nottingham.

A winner on debut at two, and subsequently sent off as 3-1 for the Horris Hill but failing to deliver on heavy ground, the son of Lope de Vega bounced back to winning ways again this afternoon on seasonal reappearance. Stepping up to 1m, LORD OF BISCAY delivered a confident performance under David Egan, seeing off the main market rival within the final 2f and cruising ahead to prevail by just over 3L.

LORD OF BISCAY is a Ballylinch homebred half-brother to last season’s G1 QEII hero BAYSIDE BOY, now a Ballylinch stallion himself.

Congratulations to connections, we look forward to the rest of the season with this exciting colt.
