BOILING POINT scorches home to shed his maiden tag and smart colt AL MUSMAK lands Listed accolades!
Too Darn Hot juvenile BOILING POINT looked promising on debut, coming second to subsequent Acomb Stakes contestant Cogitate, and he duly followed up on that promise today at Thirsk, getting his career off the mark at just the third attempt. He had the perfect trip into the race, handily positioned behind the early pacesetters, and made it look all to easy when cruising away from the field for a stylish 5L victory in the hands of Aidan Keeley.

AL MUSMAK has proved an exciting juvenile this season, making a winning debut at Ascot in July and subsequently chasing home Rosallion in the Listed Pat Eddery Stakes last time. But he made no mistake back in Listed company today, posting a comfortable victory in Haydock’s Listed Ascendant Stakes under a lovely ride from Ben Curtis. He looks a colt with a bright future!
